* In Consideration of being permitted to officiate, observe, work for, or for any purpose participate in any way in this Event, for himself, his personal representatives heirs, and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Florida Trail Stompers, the promoter, participants, promotional partners, advertisers, beneficiaries, owners, and lessees of the premises used to conduct this Event, and their volunteers, FTS Trail Team Members, herein referred to as “releases”, from all liability to the undersigned, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise while the undersigned is officiating in observing, working for, or for any purpose participating in the Event.

WHERE: Bearwallow, Ethel, West Virginia

WHEN: March 14, 2022 @ 9:00am - March 15, 2021 @5:00pm

TRAVEL DAYS: March 12th, 2022, leave for Charlotte, NC. Stay the night. Get up next morning, drive into Ethel, WV.

March 16th, 2022, leave for Charlotte, NC. Stay the night. Get up next morning, drive back to Florida.

EVENT INFO: Bearwallow is part of the Hatfield and McCoy trail system. Its located in Ethel, WV about 3hours and 50 minutes from Wheeling. This is another Badge of Honor trail. The trails range from easy, moderate, and hard. There is a permit fee to drive the trail. The price is 26.50 for WV residents, and 50 dollars for Non-residents. The permit is good until the end of the year. You are also required to wear a helmet when on the trails.

(This is a venue where you can have some off-camber areas, as well as mud holes, very deep mud holes. It can be dry at times. Most times there are bypasses if you want to get around an obstacle.)
