Ready to lead the trails with the best off-road crew in America?
Join the FTS Trail Team and earn the title of Trail Boss—whether you’re leading, assisting, or holding it down as trail gunner. As a Trail Boss, you’ll guide members through epic terrain, teach real off-road skills, manage recoveries, and keep the energy high while delivering an unforgettable trail experience.
This role isn’t for everyone. It takes confidence, skill, patience, and leadership. Through the TBIT Program, you’ll train with the best, master FTS operations, complete all FTS Off-Road Academy classes, and become fully capable of leading groups safely and smoothly on the trail.
Graduate, commit to at least one official FTS event per month, and help set the standard for off-road leadership.
